Process

On-Site Assessment

We start by visiting your home or office and evaluating your current situation.  By the end of our meeting, our team will have a full picture of what you’re looking for in your future set up.

This first step generally takes about one hour to complete.

Proposal & Signatures

Before we begin working, we want to ensure we all agree on a plan of action.  Our proposal will include the hours of work we believe it will take for us to attain our goal, including any equipment we plan to install.  You will have a direct quote for pricing.  Any unused hours will not be billed.

 

We will have your proposal ready within one week of our assessment.

Implementation

Together we schedule times that work best for you and your family.  We can work side-by-side with your contractors, AV team, or electrician.

We can begin working as soon as the proposal is signed.

Hands-On Training

Once all installations are complete and programming is set up, our team will sit down with your family and residential staff to review all changes.  At the end of the training, everyone will know how to safely use the technology in your home.

Training usually takes about one to two hours.

Ongoing Support

In the event that you need additional assistance with your technology, you can always reach out to our dedicated support line.  When necessary, we can log into your systems remotely to address any issues.  We can also set up annual / quarterly / monthly meetings to make sure all systems are running properly and to install available software updates.

 

Our team is available 24 / 7 for technology support.
